Christmas is fast approaching, and as we enter the festive period, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy and healthy Christmas and a prosperous new year ...

To allow our team to spend time with their family and friends, the office will be closing for the Christmas break at 1pm on Friday 21st December and will be re-opening on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

To get you in the Christmas spirit, we thought we'd share a few terrible Christmas Cracker jokes with you:

  • Who hides in the bakery at Christmas?
    A Mince Spy!

  • Why does Santa have three gardens?
So, he can 'ho ho ho'!

  • What do you call a bankrupt Santa?
    Saint Nickel-less!

  • What's the most popular Christmas wine?
    'I don't like sprouts!'

  • What do you get if you cross Santa with a duck?
    A Christmas Quacker!

And if you're thinking of buying your accountant (or bookkeeper) a gift for Christmas then you can't go wrong with a Fidget Cube to help them stay focused, a novelty mug with 'I turn coffee into tax returns' on it, or a t-shirt with the definition of an accountant on.

Merry Christmas from everyone at Essendon Accounts & Tax Limited!

Until next time ...
