Spy games offer various types of team-building days. Enigma is just one of the packages they offer and you can find out more on their website.
Why invest in a Team Building Day? Well, team building can be very important, especially since the pandemic where social interaction was non-existent and many corporate businesses were all working from home in isolation.
Some of the well-known benefits of team-building activities include:
Building Trust - trust is such an important aspect of working together. Working on team-building activities can help grow and enhance trust which can then be achieved back in the office also.
Great for Communication - Team building days give colleagues something different to communicate about. Problem-solving should encourage different people to talk to each other in different ways. This can give them a new strand of communication and maybe find common interests.
Improves Company Culture - Team building days create memories which can be bought back into the office. This creates a different culture in the office, and brings employees closer together.
Look out for updates on social media on our team-building day! Remember, our offices will be closed from 10am on the 10th and we'll be back to full capacity from the 11th.
Until next time ...
