Our Team Building section will include an afternoon at Spy Games, the Enigma project. This package has an element of competition and it's very engaging. Activities include a mix of different exercises, some of these are:
- Axe throwing - Code breaking - Minefield breach - Pistol draw - Sniper shooting - Thunder ball - Agents international

Why invest in a Team Building Day? Well, team building can be very important, especially since the pandemic where social interaction was non-existent and many corporate businesses were all working from home in isolation.
Some of the well-known benefits of team-building activities include:
- Building Trust - trust is such an important aspect of working together. Working on team-building activities can help grow and enhance trust which can then be achieved back in the office also.
- Great for Communication - Team building days give colleagues something different to communicate about. Problem-solving should encourage different people to talk to each other in different ways. This can give them a new strand of communication and maybe find common interests.
- Improves Company Culture - Team building days create memories which can be bought back into the office - this creates a different culture in the office, bring employees closer together.
